Fredy Phoenix

has been baking since he was a kid. His baking journey took him from burning rice krispy treats to pulling his cast iron skillets from a stone. One day he toured a bourbon distillery and had the greatest idea of his life! Unfortunately one hangover later that idea was gone but there was bourbon everywhere including the baked goods. Lo the Boozy Baker was born! *burp*

As a self proclaimed mad scientist there is no recipe he hasn't added his own ideas. After much experimentation these are the recipes that have stood the test of time, Tradition with a modern twist.
